Where do you ship from?
From our warehouse in Germany. Your parcel never leaves the EU, so there are no customs fees and no import delays.
How long will my order take?
One to three working days inside Germany, three to seven days elsewhere in the EU. Full details are on the shipping page.
What is the fabric?
Our satin pieces are cut from imported silk-touch satin — a smooth, high-shine woven fabric with the hand of silk and the durability of a modern blend. Towels and bathrobes are Egyptian cotton. The exact composition is listed on each product page.
How do I choose my size?
Use the size guide. It works from your height and weight for garments, and from your under-bust and bust measurements for bras, so you do not have to guess between S, M and L.
What if the size is wrong?
You have 14 days to tell us and another 14 to send it back. See returns and exchanges. Briefs and thongs cannot be returned once the hygiene strip has been removed.
How should I wash satin?
Hand wash cold, or machine wash on a delicate cycle at 30°C inside a mesh bag. Do not tumble dry, do not bleach. Hang to dry away from direct sun and iron on low if needed.
Do you gift wrap?
Every set arrives folded in tissue inside our gift box as standard. Add a note at checkout and we will leave the invoice out of the parcel.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major cards, plus the local methods shown at checkout for your country. Prices on the site include VAT.
Can I order a set that is sold out?
Sold-out pieces do come back. Write to us on the contact page with the name of the set and we will tell you when it is due.
