Every Sol Suave order is packed and dispatched from our warehouse in Germany, so your parcel stays inside the EU from start to finish — no customs paperwork, no import surprises.
Dispatch time
Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a working day are prepared the same day. Everything else leaves us the next working day. You will receive a tracking link by email the moment your parcel is handed to the carrier.
Delivery times
- Germany — 1 to 3 working days
- Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, France — 2 to 5 working days
- Sweden and the rest of the EU — 3 to 7 working days
Delivery times are estimates given by our carriers and exclude weekends and public holidays.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free across the EU on orders over €120. Below that threshold, the exact rate for your country is calculated at checkout before you pay — there is never a charge added afterwards.
Packaging
Each set arrives folded in tissue inside our gift-ready box. If the order is a present, you can add a note at checkout and we will leave the invoice out of the parcel.
Something wrong with your delivery?
If your tracking has not moved for three working days, or the parcel arrives damaged, write to us through the contact page with your order number and we will resolve it.
